🎉 Please join us in celebrating Ms. Jodie Crystal Adair and her continued service to La Joya ISD! ❤️🖤🌟
With more than 23 years of experience in education, Ms. Adair has dedicated her career to helping students, educators, and school communities thrive. 📚✨ Throughout her journey, she has served as a teacher, instructional specialist, assistant principal, principal, and most recently, Executive Director of School Leadership, where she has spent the past two years supporting campus leaders and advancing student success across the district.
🎓 Ms. Adair earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Abilene Christian University and a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and has also completed the prestigious Principal Impact Collaborative (PIC) fellowship, further strengthening her leadership expertise.
🌟 Known for her commitment to academic excellence, instructional leadership, and transformational growth, Ms. Adair has helped lead schools from low-performing to high-performing status while fostering strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and communities.
