Quincy Boyd is a nationally recognized educational leader with 15 years of experience driving innovation, strategic growth, and excellence in public education. πŸ“šβœ¨ Her impressive career includes leadership roles in two of the nation's largest school systems, including the Houston Independent School District and Prince George’s County Public Schools, one of the largest districts in the country serving more than 133,000 students.
🏫 Quincy began her career as a high school teacher and has since served in numerous leadership positions, including Director of Academic Programs, Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives, and Chief of Staff, where she became the first woman in district history to serve in that role. Her work has focused on building strong teams, developing future leaders, and creating systems that support student and staff success.
πŸŽ“ A proud first-generation college graduate, Quincy earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree from Harvard University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Bowie State University.
